The product is an important raw material for polycarboxylate superplasticizer which is formed by the macro-monomer copolymerize with Acrylic Acid. The hydrophilic group in the synthesized copolymer(PCE) can improve the hydrophily the dispersibility of the copolymer in water. The synthesized copolymer(PCE) has good dispersibility, high water reducing rate, good slump retention, good enhancing effect and duribility, also is environmentally friendly and widely used in premix and cast-in concrete.
Characteristic & Application
The product is non-toxic, nonirritant and is of good water-solubility and is an important raw material of polycarboxylic superplasticizer which is formed by the product together with crylic acid through copolymerization. The product is the hydrophilic group in the copolymer to improve the hydrophily of the copolymer and to improve the dispersibility of the copolymer in water.
The synthesized polycarboxylic superplasticizer has good particle dispersion and retention capacity, high water reducing rate, low cement dosage, good enhancing effect and duribility, and it is environmentally friendly. The synthesized Water Reducing Agent is widely used in spot mixed concrete and long distance delivery commercial concrete with high property and high strength (more than C60).
